  • Is there funding available towards photoshoots/videos?
    Yes there is, this is of course dependant on your circumstances and trading location. We advise you speak to the experts at Nudl or your local council who can advise you on the options available towards marketing and business funding.

  • Can you capture my pets at the wedding?
    Yes! This is something we love to do and have a lot of experience photographing animals of all shapes and sizes, especially horses and dogs.

BOOKING PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Booking

 

For all portrait sessions; a non-refundable session deposit is required to book and hold the date for your session and serves as a cancellation fee. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session upon MHG Photography's approval. All remaining balances are due at the time of the session.

 

Payment

 

All sessions and packages can be paid via cash or bank transfer.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

For portrait sessions, client forfeits their session deposit paid to book the session. As previously stated, the fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment by calling a minimum of 48 hours prior to the date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time.

 

For yard group sessions, cancellations with a minimum of 48 hours notice, can be credited to future sessions; however to qualify for the yard group rate there must be a minimum of 4 horses. If a 4 horse minimum cannot be met, the yard group shoot rate can be contributed towards the individual equine package.

 

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be billed at the full session rate and will not be credited towards a future session.
